Turn it on, pick a filter and press the shutter. There is no screen, so you just shoot. When you are ready, plug it into your phone or computer with the USB-C cable to see your photos.

Not directly. A USB-C to Lightning cable won't transfer your photos. You'll need to use an SD card reader with a Lightning adapter instead or plug it into your laptop / desktop.
